As a former "diet addict", I found myself 50lbs overweight trapped in a cycle of trying anything (and I mean ANYTHING) to lose weight. I literally cannot keep track of all the diets I've tried, all the weight loss supplements I've purchased, or all the times I've lost a few pounds only to gain it back, plus more.

NUTRITION AND FITNESS COACH

In 2021, I decided this had to change. I hired a coach, and it was the best thing I could have done to get the ball rolling.

Fast forward to the present day and I have lost those 50lbs, gained a LOT of muscle (always a work in progress), completely transformed my relationship with food, and completely changed my body. All of this in my 40s! ​

I have discovered a passion for helping women do the same which led me to a completely new career path. I am now a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and Strong Certified Body Transformation Coach.

​

My goal is to show women the power of building muscle, and the freedom of eating in a manner to fuel their bodies (hello, carbs!).
